Doug Thompson continues his book tour for Whales: Touching the Mystery. In most venues Doug will combine a book reading with discussion and a preview from the book’s companion DVD. The DVD focuses on the unique friendly interactions between Gray Whales and humans in the whales’ Baja, birthing lagoons. Be sure to check back for regular updates on future events.

Doug Thompson will talk about inter-species communication he has witnessed between whales and humans in the remote gray whale birthing lagoons of Baja Sur, Mexico. Doug will share many of his firsthand experiences with the whales as a marine naturalist who has traveled to the lagoon for nearly thirty years.
